To be a part of this year's conference, please fill out the request form. All requests must be received by January 15, 2021. After form submission, we will be in touch and will send an invoice to the email address you entered, if your request has been granted. Payment options include PayPal or check and must be received within 7 business days of invoice receipt.


Please note vendors must provide their own table and extension cord. Proximity to outlets cannot be guaranteed. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
